We may have worked around Internet Explorer 6.0’s lame sidebar-hiding bug, through the exceptionally clever gambit of using MovableType 2.6’s <br clear=”all” /> hack. IE users — does this work for you? If not, we don’t care. Really. The only reason I’ve done this is to avoid your jaw-gapingly moronic emails complaining about lack of access to the archives, and unsubstantiated statements about our prior humor capacity, as compared to current humor capacity. You simpering clods make me sick.

And as previously stated, we still don’t care about IE’s failure to render PNGs. Use Mozilla, or better, get a Mac

Don't get me started with IE for Windows. It doesn't even support the CSS "position: fixed;" property. It works as expected in Safari, Mozilla, and IE for Mac, but not in IE Windows. I'm not sure what graphic type it does support ofr the "shortcut icon" (other than .ico), but it doesn't support PNG. Safari and Mozilla support this though.

ie renders pngs fine until you install quicktime which thinks it needs to render them since they are a "mac image file" according to the quicktime installation which reassociates files to quicktime.

I love Microsoft! I use IE5 for Windows 98 SE right now, and all of the software on my (now sold) mac have been reviewed here.
