The teeming Van Tol hordes have sensed the approach of winter and are beginning their annual pilgrimage to the ancestral home. As a result, you will be subjected to a brief period of non-reviewing. Please try to be brave.
If you require a tangy divertissement in order to endure this sad privation, you may go here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and especially here.
And remember, don’t try to eat anything bigger than your head.

Posted by: shawk on November 24, 2003 08:26 AMThe Gobbler. Damn, I couldn't get up to Wisconsin for my vacation last summer. Well, I guess I now have a reason to!
Posted by: U. D. Mann on November 24, 2003 10:53 AMThe sad part is that I already have two of those links bookmarked. So I have two fewer sites to view than the rest of you. Though that's not nessessarily a bad thing...

OXYClean never takes a vacation!
Hey, I thought we were supposed to eat foul meat in late November, like Turkey and stuff(ing). How is a dead pig more festive than a dead bird?
Time to see what links are recommended to us sicko's ...
Posted by: Walking Contradiction on November 26, 2003 12:52 PMHey, thanks for the entertaining links.
I don't know about you, but I'll not be eating any foul meat this Thanksgiving. I have to be to work on Friday.
Posted by: Mickey Knox on November 26, 2003 03:10 PMYippee! I've now got Panther! And I've finished school for this year! And I just turned 17!!!
I think I'll go and lie down now...
Posted by: Ex-Phantom Beeper on November 26, 2003 05:18 PMHappy Thanksgiving, Americanos!
May you never have to cleanse your carpets of dingo doo-doo, and may emus never have their wicked ways with your chooks.
Now, goanna have some fun!
No, George, that doesn't mean you should invade North Korea ... *Sigh!*
Belvedere, two paracetamols and a bucket of Old Arse-Grape Pinot Noir, s'il vous plait! I feel a monstrous headache coming on!
Posted by: aussie boy on November 27, 2003 06:33 PMTHANK GOD IT'S FANCY TURKEY THURSDAY!
Posted by: roland on November 27, 2003 10:32 PMReal men eat Thanksgiving Pizza.
Posted by: Perfect Pizza on November 28, 2003 12:36 AMIt's the Scalar Wars that really worry me. Unfortunately, every time I try to talk about it, they only end up increasing my medication.
Posted by: Halibut on November 28, 2003 05:53 AMI hope everyone got stuffed yesterday. I know I did. And no, I'm not talking about my ovulating squirrel hole either.
;-)
So now it's Friday, I'm at work and there's virtually nothing to do. I'm getting paid to sit here and write this pathetic post, yet wishing I was at home instead. For some reason mass quantities of turkey, beer and Jaegermeister don't equate to motivation the following day.
At least I didn't get into any trouble.
PS: I loved the link to the site about the things someone and his girlfriend has fought about. Someone needs to dump that raging psychotic bitch! If it were me, I'd consider shooting her. The things they argue about are just a little too rediculous ...
